The Nexus 5 is actually one of the most top of the line phones you can get. It can be purchased from the Google Play Store for a measly $371. While they may seem like a lot, you have to think about what you’re getting. The Nexus 5 is a brand new Google device that has a 5 inch screen, 1080p HD display, quad core processor, also runs the newest version of Android, and has an 8 megapixel camera with optical image stabilization. The build quality is also very solid and not indicative of the price, at all. It feels like a $600 phone.
3. Samsung ATIV S
The ATIV S is one of the only Bell Windows phones. Coming it at around $312, the ATIV S is great for anyone that isn’t a huge fan of the Android operating system and wants to opt for something a bit more simplistic. The ATVIS S has an 4.8 inch AMOLED display, 8 megapixel camera, and a dual core processor. While the other phones on this list have quad core processors, those phones are running Android. Windows Phones have much lower system requirements. This phone is just as fast as the others.
These phones are the top phones that give you the best bang for your buck. Most phones that come around these price ranges are downright awful. They have terrible cameras, older operating systems, and run extremely slow. While these may not be the best smartphones on the planet, the price of these devices can’t be beaten.
