With the introduction of Windows 8, many folks have been totally confused on how to maneuver around this very confusing operating system. Every operating system since the inception of Windows had a handy tool called the Start Menu. For reasons unknown to anybody, Microsoft decided to make Windows 8 without it.
This created a huge learning curve for even novice Windows users. This simple marketing scheme has caused Windows 8 to be hated just as much if not more then Windows Vista. Windows 9 promises to listen to all the complaints and make it friendlier to use on regular PC.
In the meantime, those of you that have Windows 8 will have to make do until the big update. This video will give you some insight and guidance on getting around with Windows 8. You also could download and install a little app called Classic Shell. This amazing piece of software can replicate to some degree the original Windows Start menu. This can help you get around a lot faster especially to your programs and files.
