1. Open Internet Explorer


 
2. Click tools up the top if you cannot see tools, hold alt and press t.

 
3. Then click internet options

 
4. There you should see a home page and it will be set to its default www.etc.com, simply change this to your desired home page you wish to choose and then apply then ok.
